The Iowa Gym-Nest is proud to host Region 4 XCEL Regionals at the US Cellular Center. We hosted the first ever XCEL Regionals in 2015 and look to provide a top notch experience. We can't wait to see everyone in April!

Bronze 35.5 All-Around
Silver 35.5 All-Around
Gold 34.00 All-Around
Platinum 33.5 All-Around
Diamond 33.5 All-Around
Event Specialist 8.5 per event
CALLING ALL GRADUATING SENIORS!
Coaches, please note on your entry form any graduating seniors. Please turn
the senior bio form in with your packet. Seniors will be recognized during their
awards ceremony.
